🥩 Typical Cuts Included
Your side of beef will normally include a range of our standard cuts:
- Sirloin steaks
- Ribeye steaks
- Roasting joints
- Mince

If you would prefer something different, any cut can be requested. We are happy to work with the butcher to suit your preferences.

Secure with a Deposit – A €250 deposit is required to confirm your order, please see across
Complete your order form - We’ll be in touch once your deposit is paid with an order form for you to select what cuts you would like and to arrange a date for collection
We Butcher & Pack – Your beef is carefully prepared and frozen, ready for collection.
Pay by the kilo – The remaining payment for the animal will be taken at collection at a price of €12.50/kg
Pick Up, pay the balance & enjoy – Once ready, we’ll contact you to arrange collection at Stewart Family Farm.
